What Margrave is
Margrave is Windows software that automates routine actions in the browser
game Tribal Wars on your own computer, under settings you control. It is
offered as a subscription: a 7-day free trial, then a monthly fee shown on
the pricing section. These terms are the
agreement between you and the operator named above.
The risk you are accepting
Automation is against Tribal Wars' own rules. Using Margrave can lead
to penalties on your game account, including a permanent ban, and that risk
is yours. Margrave is designed to be hard to detect, but no bot is
undetectable and we do not claim otherwise. Do not run it on an account you
cannot stand to lose. We are not liable for the loss of game accounts,
in-game assets, premium currency, or progress.
Your subscription
The trial is free for 7 days and needs no payment details. When it ends
the bot pauses; nothing is deleted.
After the trial the subscription is billed monthly in advance. You can
cancel at any time; the software keeps working until the end of the period
you paid for, and no further charges are made. Refunds are handled per the
refund policy.
One subscription covers one person's own game accounts. Reselling,
sharing licence access, or operating the software for third parties is not
permitted.
Fair limits
The software is provided as is. We work to keep it stable and
updated, but we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or
keep pace with every game change immediately.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in
the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms (in
particular the sharing/reselling rule) or for abuse of the service. If we
discontinue the service entirely, prepaid time past the shutdown date is
refunded.
Reverse-engineering, repackaging or redistributing the software is not
permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced (on this page
and, if you subscribe, by e-mail or Discord) at least 14 days before they
take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept
the change; if you do not, cancel and the old terms apply until your period
ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [OPERATOR'S COUNTRY]. Mandatory
consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
