The short version

Your Tribal Wars login never leaves your computer. Our servers see an anonymous installation ID and the bot's activity logs, because that is what support and updates run on. Payments are handled by PayPal, so we never see your card. This website sets no cookies and calls no third-party services.

What stays on your PC

Your Tribal Wars username and password. They are stored in a configuration file on your own machine and are used only to log in to the game from your own browser. They are never transmitted to our servers.
Bot settings and local state — module switches, per-village rules, the helper's log. All local files; the uninstaller removes them.

What our servers receive

An anonymous installation ID (a random UUID created on first run). It is not derived from your hardware or your identity.
Operational data: the installed version, module activity and error logs, and game-state snapshots the bot works from (village coordinates, troop counts, timings). This is what lets us answer "why did it stop" and ship fixes.
Update checks: standard web-server request data (IP address, time), used to deliver the download and updates, kept in ordinary short-lived server logs.

This data is stored on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU). It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising — it exists for support, reliability and update delivery, nothing else.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We receive the subscription status, a transaction reference and the e-mail address on the PayPal account — never your card or bank details. PayPal's own privacy statement applies to the payment itself.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels, no external fonts or CDNs. No request leaves this page for a third party.

Retention and your rights

Operational data is kept while your installation is active and for a limited period afterwards, then deleted. Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data linked to your installation ID, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — write to the contact address above and include the installation ID shown in your dashboard. Deleting it does not affect the bot's function; it only clears the history.
