That is deliberate: you find out whether Margrave earns its fee before any
money moves.
Refunds after a charge
Within 14 days of a charge: tell us you want out and that charge
is refunded in full, no questions. This covers — and goes slightly beyond
— the EU consumer right of withdrawal, which you keep even though the
service starts immediately.
After 14 days: the charge stands, but cancelling stops all future
charges and the software keeps working until the end of the period you
paid for.
Refunds go back through PayPal to the account that paid, normally within
a few business days of our confirmation.
What a refund does not cover
Game penalties. As the terms say plainly:
automation is against Tribal Wars' rules, and a ban or other in-game
penalty is a risk you accepted — it is not grounds for refunding months of
past service, though you are of course free to cancel, and the current
14-day window still applies to the most recent charge.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Cancel from your PayPal subscription list at any time, or contact us (link
in the site footer) with the e-mail you pay with. For a refund, say the
word "refund" and include the approximate charge date — that is all we
need.
