Refund policy

Try the features before paying
Every install starts with 7 days completely free, with no payment details. That is deliberate: you find out whether Tribalwars Bot earns its fee before any money moves.
Refunds after a charge
- Within 14 days of a payment: tell us you want out and that payment is refunded in full, no questions. This covers, and goes slightly beyond, the EU consumer right of withdrawal, which you keep even though the service starts immediately.
- After 14 days: that payment stands. Nothing further is charged, there is no standing charge to stop, and the software keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- A refund of a Bitcoin payment is a Bitcoin payment we send by hand, on chain, to an address you give us. There is no card and no payment provider to reverse it through, so a refund request for a Bitcoin payment must include the receiving address, without one there is nowhere to send the money.
- A PayPal payment is refunded through PayPal, to the PayPal account it came from.
What a refund does not cover
Game penalties. As the terms say plainly: automation is against Tribal Wars' rules, and a ban or other in game penalty is a risk you accepted, it is not grounds for refunding months of past service, though you are of course free to cancel, and the current 14 day window still applies to the most recent payment.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Each 30 day period is a separate payment you choose to make, in Bitcoin or by PayPal. There is no standing charge to cancel and nothing is billed unless you choose to buy another period. Your access runs to the end of the time you have already paid for; manage it at /app/.
For a refund, email support@tribalwarsbot.com from the email on your account, say the word "refund", and give the approximate payment date and, for a Bitcoin payment, the Bitcoin address to send it to. That is all we need.
